Cavallini is in Kato Paphos hotel strip. Paphos splits in two: Ktima, the upper market town, and Kato Paphos below — the harbour, castle and UNESCO archaeological park, with the hotel strip and old-town lanes in between. Dinner from 7.30–8pm is the sweet spot; in July and August a reservation saves you a wait almost anywhere with a terrace.
