Luggage Storage in Cyprus: Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos & Nicosia

Checked out at noon, flying at midnight? Where to leave your bags in Cyprus — at the airport, at a bag drop in town, or for free at your hotel.

5 min read · Updated October 2026

Luggage storage in Cyprus solves the most common holiday gap: you check out at 11 or noon, your flight leaves in the evening, and you have a whole day and a suitcase. It also helps on a day in Nicosia between hotels, or for cruise passengers with a few hours in Limassol.

There are three ways to do it — ask your hotel, use a bag drop in town, or use the left-luggage service at Larnaca Airport — and the best one depends on where you will spend the day.

Ask your hotel first

Most hotels and many apartment owners in Cyprus will hold bags for guests after check-out, usually in a locked room behind reception and usually at no charge. Ask at check-in rather than on the morning you leave.

If you want to spend your last day somewhere else — a beach on the way to the airport, or a different town — a bag drop near where you will actually be is more useful.

Bag drops in Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia

Luggage-storage networks let you leave bags at partner shops, cafés and hotels in town, booked online in advance. Our partner Radical Storage has locations in Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia, listed from €3.90 per bag per day on its city pages (October 2026). You book a slot, show the booking when you drop off, and collect any time within the location’s opening hours.

Check those opening hours against your plans — a café that closes at 8pm is no help before a midnight flight — and pick a location near where you will spend the day rather than near the airport.

Left luggage at Larnaca and Paphos airports

Larnaca Airport has a baggage storage service near the check-in area — ask at the Special Baggage counter, and confirm the current hours and price there. Paphos Airport does not advertise a dedicated left-luggage service, so if you fly from Paphos, plan on your hotel or a bag drop in town.

Leaving bags at the airport only helps if you spend the day nearby. From Larnaca, the Finikoudes seafront and Mackenzie Beach are both a short ride from the terminal.

A last day without your luggage

In Larnaca, walk the Finikoudes promenade and out to the Salt Lake. In Limassol, spend it in the old town and along the Molos seafront. In Paphos, the harbour and the archaeological park are side by side in Kato Paphos. In Nicosia, the walled old town fills a day on foot.

Leaving bags in a hire car

With a hire car, it is tempting to leave the cases in the boot. Hire cars in Cyprus carry red number plates that mark them out as visitors’ cars, so keep valuables with you and never leave luggage visible.
