What to order & what to expect

The thing to order: lamb rogan josh. A step up in polish from the taverna scene while keeping the island’s produce-first cooking — expect fresh fish, grilled meats and Mediterranean plates done properly.

Where it is & when to go

Koh-i-Noor is in Kato Paphos. Paphos splits in two: Ktima, the upper market town, and Kato Paphos below — the harbour, castle and UNESCO archaeological park, with the hotel strip and old-town lanes in between. Dinner from 7.30–8pm is the sweet spot; in July and August a reservation saves you a wait almost anywhere with a terrace.
