Where it is & when to go

Limelight Taverna is in Town centre, Ayia Napa. Ayia Napa packs a lot into a small grid: the medieval monastery square at its heart, the bar strip fanning out around it, Nissi Avenue running west towards the famous beach, and the harbour and sculpture-park headland to the south. Nothing in town is more than a few minutes apart by car. Cypriots eat late; go from about 8pm for the full atmosphere, and book ahead on summer weekends — good tavernas fill with local families, which is exactly the sign you want.
