Visiting Edro III Shipwreck & Sea Caves
The Edro III, a cargo ship grounded in 2011, still sits upright on the rocks near the Sea Caves at Peyia — one of Cyprus's most photographed wrecks, especially silhouetted at sunset above the honeycombed coastal caves.
Getting there
Drive to the Sea Caves area at Peyia (north of Coral Bay) and follow the coast road to the cliff-top viewpoint above the wreck.
Parking
Roadside and informal parking near the viewpoint and the Oniro by the Sea restaurant.
Best time to go
Golden hour — the low sun lights the rusting hull and the sea caves below begin to glow.
